You remember a few years back when the US Government lost a whole bunch of laptops filled with Top Secret information? Well it looks like in the UK, they just give the laptops away. Check out this article from The Register about a guy in the UK who found/was given a laptop with 70 Still Top Secret files stored on the HD.
